The Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the bill on amendments to several legislative acts (re creating favourable conditions for personal farming)

The bill (Reg. No. 2637) suggests establish that personal farmers, for whom personal farming is main activity, are subject to mandatory state pension insurance on a voluntary basis.
According to the norm of the bill, working time in personal farming is included to general and continuous record of service basing on the employment record book and documents confirming the payments for mandatory state pension insurance.
